Sponsorship

The 20th Annual National Tribal Transportation Conference will provide you with maximum access via print, online and on-site to representatives from federal agencies, tribes, local and state municipalities. Recent NTTC participation has averaged 500 registered participants and 30 vendors.

The agenda is set up for many opportunities to visit booths and displays during registration, breaks, meals and breakout sessions.

Registration is limited to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. The basic vendor registration includes an 6’ display area with table, two chairs, and listing in the conference materials. Higher levels include more perks! Booth selections will be given in order of payments received. Don’t delay—sign up as a vendor today!

To be included in all the vendor opportunities including the NTTC website and printed materials, vendor registrations must be received by August 28, 2017. (Vendor registrations received after this date may not be included in the printed materials).

Titanium Sponsor – $5,500

Titanium Sponsor Registration includes the following:

  • Dinner Banquet Sponsorship
  • Titanium Sponsor name and logo with a link to the sponsor website will be listed on the home page of the 2017 NTTC website
  • The company logo will be displayed during breaks, on a poster in the conference registration and meal areas and listed in the conference program
  • The company logo will be displayed on the banner bar on the Conference App
  • One full-page digital media advertisement in the conference program
  • One 6’ display area with skirted table and two chairs
  • Public recognition at the Opening Plenary and Closing Awards Sessions
  • Four complimentary conference registration

Platinum Sponsor – $3,500    

Platinum Sponsor Registration includes the following:

Gold Sponsor – $1,500

Gold Sponsor Registration includes the following:

  • Conference Break Sponsorship
  • Gold Sponsor name and logo will be listed on a poster displayed in the conference registration area, and listed in the conference program
  • One half-page digital media advertisement in the conference program

  • Verbal recognition at the Awards Ceremony

Silver Vendor – $750

Silver Vendor Registration includes the following:

  • The names and logos of Silver Vendors are listed in the conference program

Craft Vendor – $200

Tribal Crafts Vendor Registration includes the following:

  • The names and logos of Tribal Craft Vendors are listed in the conference program
  • One 6’ display area with skirted table and two chairs
  • One complimentary conference registration

 Golf Tournament Sponsorship – $350: add on to any sponsorship level to sponsor the Sunday Golf Tournament
